Preparation status

This version is for closed Sandbox testing using test money. Public sales are not open. Seller tax and registration details, the final privacy policy and confirmation delivery testing must be completed before real payments.

Refund policy

No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is offered. For technical failures or a service that does not conform to the contract, we provide correction, a price reduction or a refund as required by applicable law. This condition does not limit the consumer’s statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights.

Product

A self-study course for the desktop version of MT5: 9 text lessons, MT5 screenshots and practical DEMO exercises, available in LV, EN and RU. The first lesson is already a free preview. Individual consultations, AI credits, the Telegram daily-news subscription and custom programming are separate. The course provides no personalised investment advice or trading signals. Profits are not guaranteed.

Price and duration

The one-time final price is €19.99 EUR for 12 calendar months from server-verified completed payment. There is no automatic recurring course charge. The confirmation records exact dates. Access opens after receipt of the confirmation and acknowledgement that it was saved. Restoring access or replacing a code does not extend the expiry. This Sandbox document is not a tax invoice and does not establish VAT status.

Compatibility and access

An internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript and necessary session cookies are required. Exercises use desktop MT5 and a DEMO account; MT5 and brokers are third-party services. Up to 5 browser sessions may be active at once. Different browsers and private contexts may each occupy a slot on the same physical device. Use “Sign out on this device” to free a slot; closing a window alone does not free it.

Private code

Save the private access code before payment and keep it separate from the purchase confirmation. Do not publish it. If it is lost, contact support with the PayPal order ID. After ownership verification the seller may replace the code and revoke the old sessions without extending the expiry. The purchase grants personal use only; do not resell or publicly distribute the course or its code.

Immediate delivery and withdrawal

Before payment the buyer separately requests delivery during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal. The confirmation records that consent and its time and is supplied before paid content is delivered. The right ends only when delivery begins after these prerequisites are met. Opening the free lesson, paying or accepting general terms alone does not end it. No additional unconditional 14-day refund guarantee after delivery is offered. If the prerequisites are not met, statutory withdrawal rights and procedures apply.

Withdrawal notification

Submit at /course-withdrawal?language=en without the private code. Review the details, confirm submission and save the TXT receipt confirmation. Receiving the notification does not automatically decide a refund; the seller separately reviews the purchase and applicable rights. You may also email mt5custom.janis@gmail.com.

Problems and remedies

If the course is not supplied or does not work as promised, describe the issue to support and provide the order ID. The seller handles the claim under consumer law. Remedies can include correction free of charge, a proportionate price reduction or termination and a refund. Consent to immediate delivery does not remove these rights or place every burden of proof on the buyer. Every brief outage does not automatically entitle the buyer to a full refund. A refund closes access to the purchase. Refunds currently use the PayPal dashboard rather than an automatic website refund button.

Submit complaints in writing; they are handled and answered within the statutory period. If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or a competent dispute resolution body. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

I request access to the full digital course immediately after payment verification and receipt of the contract confirmation, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right of withdrawal when delivery of the paid content begins. This does not limit my statutory rights if the content is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.
