Privacy · V9 preparation
Public course sales remain disabled. This page describes current site processing and V9 trial features. Seller details, legal bases, providers and retention must be reviewed before real payments.

Data and purposes
Project enquiries contain your name, email, language, project type, strategy, parameters, budget, timing, contact preferences and acknowledgements. Purchases contain order/payment references, amount, language, consent times, contract snapshot, confirmation and access expiry. The server hashes private access codes; confirmations contain no private code. Withdrawal submissions contain name, email, purchase reference, notification, receipt time, confirmation and owner review notes. Processing supports enquiries, purchases, access, correspondence, notification review, security and necessary evidence.
Providers
Cloudflare Workers/D1 hosts the site and database; Turnstile protects the public project form. PayPal handles payments in its own environment; the site receives no card number. Telegram owner alerts contain the enquiry reference, time and admin link, rather than the full customer form. Email correspondence uses Gmail. Customer ChatGPT login and file uploads are not implemented.
AI trial
The restricted trial stores questions, answers, request metadata and credit accounting. OpenAI requests use store:false; this does not guarantee zero provider retention. Automatic AI-history deletion is not implemented in V9.
Retention
Deletion is disabled by default. When enabled, bounded cycles remove withdrawal drafts after 15 minutes, expired security counters after one additional day, expired admin sessions after one day and course sessions after 30 days. Revoked course sessions wait 30 days from first observation. Unpaid orders without a provider order, capture attempt or unknown outcome may be removed after 30 days. Paid records require a justified owner date and at least 6 × 366 days from creation; active access, sessions and unresolved or held withdrawal cases are protected. This technical minimum is not a universal statutory period. Enquiries require an owner mark based on last correspondence; in-progress and completed projects are excluded. Support and resolved withdrawal cases require a year and an owner mark. Email, Telegram copies, AI history, legacy trial tables, unmatched PayPal events and provider backups are outside this cycle.
Browser and confirmations
HttpOnly cookies protect owner/course sessions. The private code and withdrawal-recovery token use per-tab sessionStorage. Withdrawal confirmations are downloadable TXT files; automatic email sending is not implemented. Save the file on your device.
Your rights
Contact the controller about access, correction, deletion, restriction and other applicable data rights. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate.
MT5 Premium and AI tasks
The database stores only a cryptographic hash of the customer recovery code. Premium task text, source, compiler errors and results are saved in the customer account to reopen previous work. With permission, the selected task, source and errors are sent to OpenAI to prepare a result. Public consultant conversation content is not saved in the database; request-limit and cost-accounting metadata are retained. PayPal processes subscription and credit payments; we retain transaction identifiers, status, periods and contract confirmation, not card details. Premium withdrawal names, emails, contract references, receipt confirmations and review notes are retained to handle the case and meet applicable duties; these details are not sent to AI. Send data-access or deletion requests to mt5custom.janis@gmail.com. Transaction records subject to mandatory retention are kept to meet applicable duties. Do not include passwords, API keys or confidential third-party data.
